Bioethics Debate Today

Today at 12:30 in EW 120 the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society present a debate on the market for human organs entitled “When Demand Exceeds Supply.”  Four distinguished speakers will argue today at the bioethics debate, including Professor Jack Kress from the Ethics and Justice Center, Richard Luskin, CEO of the New England Organ Bank, Dr. Francis DelMonico of the New England Organ Bank, and Alexandra Glazier, general counsel for the New England Organ Bank.  The panel will be moderated by Professor Kent Greenfield at Boston College Law School.  Come to this vigorous, exciting debate today and hear about the ethical issues in the regulation of organ donor laws and the market influence on the trade for human organs.
