The annual March Madness tournament to benefit PILF has now gone live. Co-sponsored by the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Eagleionline, the tournament helps to fund summer stipends. Everyone is welcome to enter up to two times, with an entry fee of $10. 1st Prize is a $100 gift card to either Union Street or CitySide (TBD), provided by Eagleionline and Bar/Bri. 2nd Prize is a $50 gift card provided by PILF. 3rd Prize is an engraved flask provided by PILF.
Entrants must do two things by 1pm on Thursday, March 18th: submit $10 per bracket to the PILF table in the Yellow Room and submit your picks to the CBS Sports website. Entrants who fail to either register or pay by 1pm on Thursday will not be included in the contest. You may submit payment to PILF in the Yellow Room between 11am and 1pm, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. To enter your picks, visit the CBS site here (you must have a CBS account first). The group name is “bclawpilf” and the password is “eagles”.
As an extra incentive to 1Ls, SELS will provide a donuts and coffee breakfast to the winning 1L section. The performance of the top three finishers of each section will determine which section wins! Check back with Eagleionline often to get breaking news and results.
