Event on Tort Reform at 12:00 (Stuart 409) (Free Lunch!!)

Today at 12:00 in Stuart 409, the Federalist Society is hosting Professor Ronald Rychlak from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is an expert in the field of Tort Reform, and will give a talk on the subject today with an introduction by Professor Judy McMorrow.

"Tort Deform: Ensuring Access to Justice"

The American Constitution Society will present the second event on its Spring schedule today. The event is entitled “Tort Deform: Ensuring Access to Justice” and features Kia Franklin.  Franklin will advocate for increasing access to courts, in part by establishing a “Civil Gideon” guaranteeing counsel for civil defendants.
