Event on Tort Reform at 12:00 (Stuart 409) (Free Lunch!!)

He is an expert in the field of Tort Reform, and will give a talk on the subject today with an introduction by Professor Judy McMorrow.

"Tort Deform: Ensuring Access to Justice"

The event is entitled “Tort Deform: Ensuring Access to Justice” and features Kia Franklin. Franklin will advocate for increasing access to courts, in part by establishing a “Civil Gideon” guaranteeing counsel for civil defendants.
